ACCOUNT
Create an account
Start by opening the VPNIJ user panel. Account creation only requires a username and password; no email address is required. Use the username to sign in later, and choose a unique password used only on this site to protect your plan, subscription, and order information. Submit the form to enter the user panel. If you already have an account, use the “Log in” link in the page header instead—there is no need to repeat these steps.
Once inside the panel, check that your username appears at the top of the page or in the account overview. This confirms that your session is active. There is no need to look for an installer or copy a subscription URL from search results or chat messages. Your plan, client entry points, and subscription details are all available in the user panel, so following this guide in order is the simplest approach.
If the same page remains after submission, check whether the username is already in use and whether both password fields match, then submit again. Password resets and recurring sign-in failures are covered in FAQ rather than in this quick-start flow.
PLAN
Choose a plan
After signing in, open the plans section. VPNIJ offers monthly subscriptions and pay-as-you-go data packages, which work differently. Monthly subscriptions suit regular use and reset the data allowance each month on the activation date. Data packages never expire, making them a better fit for irregular usage and consumption-based planning. Compare the data rules first, then the price; plan names alone are not enough to choose.
Monthly subscriptions include 60GB, 250GB, and 500GB tiers, priced at ¥9.9/month, ¥18/month, and ¥28/month respectively. Data packages include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. If you mainly browse, use text chat, and transfer small files, a lower allowance may be enough. If you regularly stream video, sync large files, or keep multiple devices connected, choose a higher allowance based on actual usage. Unlimited devices means the account can be used on multiple devices, but all device traffic counts toward the same plan.
After selecting a plan, open the order confirmation page and check the plan name, allowance, and amount before paying with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. Do not submit the same order repeatedly after payment; return to the user panel to check its status. When upgrading a monthly subscription mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated against the remaining days; follow the order confirmation page for the exact result. The plans page also explains the 30-day, no-questions-asked refund policy, which you can review before deciding.
SUBSCRIPTION
Get your subscription
After the plan becomes active, return to the account overview and find the subscription details or client import section. A subscription link is not an ordinary web address; it transfers route configuration to the client. Copy it directly from the panel or use the panel’s one-click import option. Do not publish the subscription on a public page or forward it to an untrusted device, since anyone with access may consume the account’s data.
This guide does not display a real subscription address. When a client asks you to paste one manually, it may look like https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN. The domain and token shown here are explicitly fake and only indicate where each field goes; they cannot be used to connect. Always copy the content generated for your account in the user panel. Do not copy the example or edit any characters in the link.
Keep the panel page open after copying, then switch to the client to import the subscription. If pasting fails or an update behaves unexpectedly, you can return to the panel and copy it again without confusing old content across multiple windows. If the subscription entry is not yet visible in the account overview, confirm that the order is active and refresh the panel. If it still does not appear, submit the order status and current page details through the user panel’s support ticket entry.
IMPORT
Import the client
The client reads the subscription, displays routes, and establishes the system connection. Get the VPNIJ client or platform-specific instructions from the download section of the user panel; this guide does not host static installers. After installation, the essential workflow is simple: open subscription management, add the subscription from the panel, and update it. System permissions and entry points vary slightly by platform, so follow the relevant instructions below.
Windows client
On Windows, use the VPNIJ client provided in the user panel. After installing and opening it, go to “Subscriptions,” “Configurations,” or a similar management page, choose import from link, paste the subscription you copied earlier, and confirm. Wait for the route list to appear after the update, then return to the main screen. The first connection may prompt Windows to allow a network connection; confirm the system prompt.
If nothing changes after pasting, spaces may have been added around the link or some characters may be missing. Delete the entry, return to the user panel, copy the complete subscription again, and re-import it. Do not manually reconstruct the token. The detailed differences between Windows system proxy, global, and rule modes are covered in the troubleshooting manual; for this guide, keep the client’s recommended default settings.
macOS client
On macOS, get the VPNIJ client and platform instructions from the user panel as well. On first launch, macOS may ask you to confirm app permissions. Follow the system prompts, then open the client’s subscription manager and add the subscription link. A successful import will show available regions or route names; return to the connection page afterward. The first connection may require permission to add a VPN configuration. Once confirmed, the connection status will appear in the menu bar or Settings.
If an old subscription is already imported, use “Update subscription” instead of creating multiple entries with the same name. Duplicate configurations make it easier to select an old route by mistake and harder to troubleshoot. If a permission prompt reappears after a system upgrade, confirm it using the current system dialog.
Android client
On Android, open the download section in the user panel and follow the instructions to get the VPNIJ client. After installation, open the subscription or configuration page, choose to add by link, paste the subscription from the panel, and save it. Return to the main screen, update the subscription, choose the required region once the route list appears, and tap connect. Android will show a permission prompt the first time a VPN connection is created; the client can manage the device’s network connection only after you confirm.
Some Android systems restrict background activity when the device is idle. If the connection often drops after the screen locks, allow the client to run in the background through the system’s battery settings and prevent automatic app cleanup. Menu names vary considerably by manufacturer, so this guide does not list every path. If you cannot find the setting, see FAQ for guidance on maintaining mobile background connections.
iOS client
On iOS, use a compatible client that supports subscription import. Follow the download section of the user panel for the current access method and available entry point. In the client, look for “Add subscription,” “Import from URL,” or a similar option, then paste and save the subscription. Open the route list, choose a region, and connect. iOS will ask for permission to add a VPN configuration; confirm the prompt for the connection to take effect at the system level.
If tapping import in the panel does not open the client, copy the subscription link and import it manually instead. Do not paste the link into a browser address bar or treat it as a regular file download. iOS manages background apps according to system state, but an established system VPN configuration does not require the client page to remain in the foreground.
VERIFY
Connect and verify
After the subscription update finishes, choose a route in a region appropriate for the target service, then connect. For your first session, leave the client in its default mode rather than changing several settings, and wait until it shows that you are connected. Open a target website that requires international access and confirm that it loads normally. Try refreshing or opening another page on the site. Sustained loading—not just the home page—indicates that the connection is working in practice.
Change only one variable at a time during verification. If the target site does not load, try another route in the same region; if no websites load, disconnect and reconnect. Do not change the system proxy, DNS, client mode, and route simultaneously, or it will be difficult to know what fixed the issue. If the client reports a successful connection but the browser still uses the previous network, fully close and reopen the browser so later requests use the new connection.
Some websites determine what they display based on account region, browser cache, or service rules. A successful connection and the expected target content are therefore separate checks. Confirm that basic web pages load first, then investigate region-specific issues in an individual app or site. If only one app fails while other websites work, check that app’s proxy compatibility, cache, and account region instead of reinstalling the entire client setup.
ROUTINE
Everyday use
For everyday use, open the client, update the subscription, choose a route, and connect. An update is not required before every connection, but run one when the route list changes, an old route stops working, or the panel says the configuration has been updated. Multiple devices can sign in to the same account and import the subscription separately. VPNIJ supports unlimited devices, but all devices share the data allowance in the current plan.
Choose routes based on the target service’s required region and the actual connection performance. A nearby region often improves responsiveness, but for content restricted to a specific region, select the matching region first. Frequent route changes may trigger another sign-in, so keep a stable connection during file transfers, video calls, or important tasks instead of switching repeatedly for minor differences in route names.
View plan, order, and data status together in the user panel. For a total connection failure, a connection with no page loading, a noticeable speed drop, mobile background disconnects, or subscription update failures, use the troubleshooting manual by symptom. If you need assistance, submit a ticket through the panel and include your platform, the client’s message, selected route, and steps already tried. More complete details mean a shorter path to a solution.
From i to j, your setup is ready
From now on, just update the subscription, choose a route, and connect. Manage your plan, client, and support tickets in the user panel.
