Service Coverage and Scope

VPNIJ provides network acceleration and international route subscription services for cross-border access, covering 120+ countries / 210+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The information shown on the website, user panel and order confirmation page at the relevant time determines the available regions, route types, client capabilities and subscription contents.

Routes may be switched, suspended or replaced due to network maintenance, upstream changes, regional connectivity conditions or security requirements. VPNIJ may adjust route configurations and client access methods without changing the core benefits of a purchased subscription. Access to some websites or applications may also be affected by the target service’s own rules, the user’s network environment and device configuration; these outcomes cannot be determined by any single route alone.

Account and Subscription Use

No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and for subscription management, route connections, orders and support tickets made under their account. If credentials may have been exposed, users should change their password promptly and stop any suspicious connections.

Subscriptions support unlimited devices, but may only be used by the account holder on devices they own or are authorized to manage. Users may not sell, rent or transfer a subscription, publicly share account credentials or subscription information, or provide connection access to others in bulk. Unauthorized resale, managed-service operation and other commercial distribution are outside normal use.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. If you upgrade during a billing period, the price difference is prorated based on the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. The user panel is the authoritative source for subscription status, remaining traffic and order records; review the checkout result before upgrading or switching plans.

Acceptable Use Requirements

Users must comply with the applicable laws and regulations of their location and of every region involved in using the service, as well as the rules of the websites, applications and platforms they access. VPNIJ may not be used for fraud, system intrusion, malware distribution, sending unauthorized bulk messages, intellectual property infringement, disrupting network operations or any other unlawful activity.

Users may not abuse the service through automation, maliciously monopolize route resources or interfere with other users’ normal connections. They may not probe, modify or damage the website, user panel, clients or route systems. Complaints, claims, penalties and third-party disputes arising from a user’s conduct will be handled by the responsible party as required by law.

Service Availability and Liability

VPNIJ maintains its routes and systems, but international network connections are affected by local carriers, international links, device environments, target-service policies and events beyond reasonable control. Accordingly, VPNIJ does not guarantee uninterrupted service in every region, on every device or across every network environment, nor does it guarantee that any particular route will remain available indefinitely.

Planned maintenance will, where practicable, be announced through the website or user panel. Unexpected faults, security incidents, upstream route changes and other circumstances beyond reasonable control may temporarily reduce or suspend service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, VPNIJ is not liable for indirect losses, lost business opportunities, changes to third-party services or effects caused by incorrect user configuration when these fall outside its reasonable control.

Restrictions and Termination

If an account is used unlawfully or for unauthorized resale or sharing, malicious consumption of shared resources, attacks on systems, evasion of ordinary billing, submission of false dispute information or conduct that seriously affects other users, VPNIJ may restrict routes, suspend the account or terminate the service according to the level of risk. To verify unusual activity, the service may ask users to provide necessary order or fault information through the user panel.

Users may stop using the service and manage existing subscriptions in the user panel. Account suspension or termination does not affect valid orders, payment obligations, dispute handling or provisions that must remain effective by law and that arose before suspension or termination. Refund matters are handled under the separate refund policy.

Policy Changes and Refund Guidance

VPNIJ may revise these terms to reflect changes in service structure, legal requirements or operating rules, and will publish the updates and effective date through the website or user panel. Continuing to use the service after the revised terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the service before the effective date.

You may request a full refund without giving a reason within 30 days of your first payment. See the Refund Policy for applicable conditions, request methods and processing rules.

Matters not expressly covered by these terms will be handled according to applicable laws and regulations and the information confirmed on the relevant order page. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
